What areas to you service ?

Porch Envy currently services the Sydney Metropolitan area and our delivery costs are conveniently included in our bespoke plant packages. 

If you are located outside our delivery area, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

What’s included in a package?
Our packages include: plants; pots; soil; delivery; installation; and clean up.

What if I have stairs?
We include 2nd storey installation in all of our packages. Each flight of stairs after that incurs an extra fee.

Where do the plants come from?
We source our plants from premium Australian growers and hand select the best plants for you. 

Do you sell plants to suit both full sun and full shade?
Yes, we do. Our selection and covers all bases. There really is something for everybody.

Will you remove and rubbish and soil after installing?
Absolutely, this is part of the service.

Do I need to be home when you install?
No this isn’t required, so long as we can gain access to your space.

Do you offer regular maintenance after installation?
We are happy to discuss your needs and tailor a plan.

What days do you deliver?
We install Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

What is your returns policy?

We personally hand deliver and install all our plants and pots within 7-10 days of purchase. Great care is taken to inspect each item to ensure only the best quality arrives at your door. In the unlikely event that there is a faulty product, you must contact Porch Envy within 24 hours. We will assess case by case and either offer a replacement or full refund. 

No exchange or refund for change of mind.
